Plus, with plenty of vitamin A, C and K, as well as iron, fiber, calcium, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and some B-vitamins, it\u2019s a must-have superfood.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b> Pineapple<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Best known for bromelain and vitamin C, pineapple is 86% water and also provides a good amount of potassium, manganese, magnesium and B vitamins.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><b> Tomatoes<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Rich in vitamins C and K, fiber, potassium and folate, this fruit is 94.52% water.
