Sure, they may have skimmed the fat but food manufacturers then add other stuff to substitute. This can be a carbohydrate like a maltodextrin, which will not help in weight loss.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Diet sodas<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diet sodas are one of the worst things you can drink if you are on a diet. The artificial sweeteners in them work against you by giving you uncontrollable food urges later.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Energy drinks<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energy drinks are diet disasters in a can. People are tricked into thinking they include things like vitamins, amino acids, and herbal extracts but what they include is sugar. Some energy drinks can have as many as 280 calories.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Sea salt<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It&#8217;s not that sea salt is bad. It&#8217;s just that it isn&#8217;t any healthier than regular salt but people use more thinking it\u2019s healthy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Kale<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reason <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatthis.com\/foods-cause-weight-gain\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kale <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">made the list is that it isn&#8217;t the healthiest green around. Spinach, collards, Romaine lettuce, parsley, and even chives are healthier and better for diets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those seeking diet solutions should stop reading so much marketing and read labels.
