High Protein Low Fat Low Carb Energy Bites! Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Raw Oats / Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Powdered peanut butter (Powder premixed with water)
1/2 Cup Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1. Mix protein powder, oats, chocolate together.
2. Mix 1 cup of powder peanut butter with 1/2 cup water.
3. In dry ingredients bowl add Peanut butter and pancake syrup.
4. Mix together thoroughly.
5. Form 1 tablespoon balls.
6. Freeze for 30 minutes.
7. Eat, or keep refrigerated.
