Biography
Hi friend, it’s Uju here, and I go by the name FitnessPhreek (because I’m such a fitness freak, get it?). My passion for exercise started over 15 years ago as a young teen, inspired by my dad. I would join him as he headed out for runs, and we would also do post workout stretches together, on getting back home. That experience was the bedrock of my fitness lifestyle, even as an adult.
In this day and age, with our lives getting busier by the day, time is a critical factor. The challenge of making time to exercise has never been more difficult. Thankfully, I have success in fitting exercise into my daily routine, even whilst working a full-time job amidst other responsibilities.
As a digital creator, I lend my voice through social media like YouTube to share my experiences and motivate my community to take charge of their fitness. I have over 5K online communities with more than 1.9K YouTube subscribers and over 140K views.
I believe exercise should be fun and something to look forward to, rather than dread. My mission is to inspire people to build consistent fitness lifestyles
