VERY Healthy Boneless Buffalo Chicken Wings – Protein Packed!

At HealthyMale we have shared our favorite boneless wings recipe! This is a healthy alternative to deep fried buffalo wings and perfect for watching your nutrition during football season.

This recipe is especially healthy due to the use of almond milk, coconut flour and using spray oil. When you use spray oil on a frying pan vs. deep frying your wings you are going from over 40g of fat to only 13g of fat!

If you’re watching your fat or carbs intake we recommend you look for healthy alternative dipping sauces. You can find fat free ranch and blue cheese salad dressing/dips at almost all grocery stores in the dressing aisle. Basic brands include Hidden Valley and Kraft for only 1-3 dollars. If you are looking for zero calories, zero fat, zero carbs, zero sugar dressing we suggest Walden Farms Ranch dressing for about $3.99.

The recipe makes about 4-5 servings!

Do you know how to find calorie info for your own recipes? Unfortunately, when you make your own meals there are no nutritional labels to look at! We like using www.myfitnesspal.com – this website/app has basically everything you could possibly imagine for different food options to insert. All you have to do is add the ingredients as a meal and divide the totals by how many servings you made! That’s how we got out total’s above.

We hope you enjoy our recipe and try it out for yourself! Don’t forget to become a member on healtymale.com/squad to get the latest updates and recipes! Follow us on Twitter and Instagram @gohealthymale and facebook.com/healthymale
