Josh Brolin Deadpool 2 Workout

Josh Brolin’s trainer Justin Lovato show you how he set up the workouts for the actor to get in incredible shape for his Deadpool 2 role.
50-year-old Josh trained 6 days per weeks for 6 weeks to get in shape for the movie.

Mobility Training

1. Side Lateral Shuffles
40 yards – 3 times

2. high Skip Jumps
40 yards – 3 times

3. Back Pedal Sprints
40 yards – 3 times

4. Foot Speed Drill
40 yards – 3 times

5. Defensive Shuffle
40 yards – 3 times

6. Walking Lunge
40 yards – 3 times

7. Frog Hops
40 yards – 3 times

Conditioning Training

1. Hammer Curls
30lbs – 20 Reps

2. Pushups
20 reps

3. Sled Push
240 yards

4. Battle Ropes
60 Reps

Repeat 1 through 4 – 5 Sets

5. Treadmill Incline
30 Minutes

Body Building Training

1. Deadlift
12 to 15 Reps – 5 Sets

2. Lat Pulldowns
12 – 15 Reps – 2 Sets

3. Cable Rows
12 – 15 Reps – 3 Sets

4. Pronated Pulldowns
12 – 15 Reps – 3 Sets

5. Pendlay Rows
12 – 15 Reps – 3 Sets

Josh Brolin Deadpool  Diet

Eat every 2 to 2.5 hours 6 meals per day

Fish, Rice, Eggs, Veggies and Drinking plenty of water.

Josh states that when he stopped eating all sugar for the Deadpool diet it helped alleviate all his knee and elbow joint pains.
