Healthy Chicken Parm - AIR FRYER

Do you love Chicken Parmesan as much as me? It has always been my guilty pleasure, so I decided to try to invent a healthy alternative to the normally very unhealthy chicken parm, to a healthy protein packed version of the dish! All you need is:

Thin (about 1 whole breast cut sliced into 2 or 3) sliced chicken breast Eggs Breadcrumbs ( I used Italian style) Marinara sauce (Lowest sugar you can find) Fat-free or Low-fat Mozzarella cheese

CALORIES (per serving): 445

CARB: 64 G

FAT: 4 G


1. Beat the eggs

2. Put breadcrumbs on a plate or in a bowl

3. Dip chicken in the eggs then cover with breadcrumbs

4.Spray air fryer tray with cooking spray

5. Cook at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes

6. Once cooked and crispy - top chicken with marinara sauce and cheese!

7. Cook until melted 4-5 minutes.
