Why You Should Turn Off Your Phone At Night

The national sleep foundation recommends turning off all devices an hour prior to bedtime! This might sound like a tough task, but if you do, you can gain these 4 benefits below.


Knowing that our phone is on and we might miss out on something can give us serious FOMO (fear of missing out) if your phone is off, it takes a lot more effort to check it in the middle of the night than it would if you kept it on. If you know itís off you wonít check it, and therefore will reduce your anxiety at night.
