How to Use Meditation to Attract Love

It may seem a bit of a stretch to say that doing daily meditations can bring you love.

After all, meditation is something you do alone.

What is interesting is how the dynamics change after you start meditating.

That’s because daily meditation changes you.

Daily meditation of just 30 minutes a day can help change your current mindset to one of loving-kindness.

That can make you more attractive to those of the opposite sex and lead to love.

Putting It in Practice

Learning to practice mindfulness daily makes us more loving and that attracts more people.

That’s because we start to exhibit more things like joy, empathy, and compassion.

Meditation also helps people focus on the present moment.

That helps many take-ups in opportunities as they present themselves instead of being oblivious.

It also helps develop a non-judgment attitude which can help many heal after a breakup.

Going through the healing process helps those looking for love be ready to give again.

What Mindfulness Does

Creating more mindfulness in your life also helps foster a sense of selfless love.

Learning to love unconditionally is an important trait in finding true love.

Some of this can be a painful lesson because it means giving up some rights for yourself and it also means processing some pain from your past.

How to Meditate for Love

Start in a comfortable position in a chair with your feet placed on the floor about a foot apart.

Elongate your spine. Move your chin toward your chest and lengthen your neck.

Move your head from side to side gently. Be sure to have good posture while sitting.

Now repeat a mantra you choose for love.

You can open your hands with palms up and fingers slightly curled and relaxed while you say it.

It can be something like “I open my life to love.”

Be sure to breathe through your nose and pay attention to your breath from your diaphragm.

Keep Notes

It would be good to keep a journal of your thoughts from when you start mediation and throughout your experience.

It’s always helpful to look back to see how much you’ve changed and grown.
