Protein PACKED Pancakes

Today it’s NATIONAL PANCAKE DAY! No way!

We decided to give you 4 insanely (and we mean insanely) easy protein pancake recipes that taste amazing and are guilt free!
I personally don’t just eat pancakes for breakfast, sometimes I make them for lunch or dinner too! Or even after a workout, I’ll make one or 2 as a quick protein filled snack.

To make these easy, just take your typical low fat and low sugar pancake mix from the store and mix in plain or vanilla protein powder! To add even MORE protein we used one full egg (you can add just egg white to cut the fat content) and non-fat milk instead of water!

Don’t overcomplicate it! If you feel like the mix is too watery, add some more pancake mix or protein, if it’s too thick, add more milk! Don’t forget – don’t overmix the batter. Clumps in the batter make the pancakes more fluffy and delicious!
